Remove heat stains from wood furniture

Other than elegant, an inviting and warm atmosphere is created from the beautiful wood furniture. It is very popular and also classical. But in terms of maintenance and durability, wood is not the best one. Oftentimes the wood tables will have stains from heat of long term use. Sometime we think that we can’t remove the stains because they are highly unaesthetic. You should be pleased that you know how to remove them by reading this article.

The heat stains on the surface of the table come from direct placements of hot dishes on the table. But they can be made disappear with the same use of that heat, and this is very interesting. We can use some ways to perform that. They will disappear once you’ve taken an iron and then put some heat directly on the cloudy stains. But first of all, wash the stains and let them dry. Then grab a clean towel made of shite cotton and  put it on the deflated marks. On top of the towel then place the iron, right above the stain and let it there for a couple of minutes. Make sure that there is an effect so don’t forget to turn the steam on. Soon you won’t see the marks anymore. Don’t forget to let the surface dry completely, so wipe the water and the moisture.

But we can’t promise that this will work in all cases you may find. For different type of furniture, the result may be different. You may even face more problems and may damage the finish. Everything is determined by the varnish or type of material, or type of finish. In case you don’t want to see more problems by placing the iron right onto the table, you can try to grab the iron and let them hover above the marks and see what happens. For this, you may need steam too.

In case you feel that this method is far too aggressive and you don’t even want to try, other methods are still available and you can try them all. For instance, you can rub soma Vaseline and several drops of baking soda onto the stains and let it overnight, use toothpaste directly, mix olive oil and 50/50 vinegar and rub, mix olive oil and a paste of salt and let it there until an hour, or mix some baking soda and 50/50 toothpaste and rub in. In some instances, some suggestions did successful but some others are not even tested and are not guaranteed to work on all stains of wood tables.
